Just Like Mine

Marriages were meant to last a lifetime.

Bad moments pass, the good ones are so fine.

Staying together watching families grow,

Sharing sorrow when loved ones have to go.

Disagreements will soon come to an end

If both partners are willing to bend

Neither will have to swallow their pride

There won't be a loser on either side.

If two minds work together like one

Dark clouds drift away to let in the sun.

Yes, marriage is meant to last a lifetime

I hope your marriage will---just like mine.
