In A Place Above The Sky

As sure as tomorrow the sun will rise

My love for you will be the same

You held the key that opened my heart

To a love that will never wane.

Life without you has lost it's purpose

My heart is dying like flowers do without rain

Desire and ambition have been taken away

I wake up at night crying out your name,

And find my arms hugging empty space

Before realizing you're no longer there

Memories of your warmth is all I have left

Until one day we'll meet again_ somewhere.

In a place above the sky....
