Give It A Try
When my problems get me down
A walk in the cool morning air
Relaxes my body and mind
Releasing my worry and despair.
I try not holding worries
Because they would mount each day
Sometime even a talk with a friend
Helps in some marvelous way.
But the best medicine I know is:
When your problems are strong
Try walking in the cool morning air
Because in some magical way
It will help taking away your despair.
