Sadly, That's The Way
It is

I do not know why I am the way I am
My moods seem to change like the seasons
If I come home tonight and find you gone
I will know you left for good reasons.

Each time you begged me to change I tried
But like always I failed you once again
Why I cannot change I wish I had the answer
I find it difficult myself to understand.

I have no excuse so I will not offer none
Correcting my mistakes I didn't find a way
So if I come home tonight and you are gone
For my mistakes the rest of my life I will pay.

Sadly, that's the way it is....
