Because_I Won't Need

It Anymore

I'm tired of all those city traffic lights

And loud car horns blowing in my ears

Everything's getting worse instead of better

At least from my eyes that's the way it appears.

Each time I spend a holiday in the country

I enjoy the scenery and find a cool country breeze

This always makes me hate going back to the city

Where the air's polluted and I cough and sneeze.

There's only one sensible thing left for me to do

And by golly! I've make up my mind to do it

I'm going to buy myself a secluded country cottage

Leave the big city and burn my driving permit.

Because_I won't need it anymore....
