Like Wilting Plants Come To Life

When It Rains

Sitting in my chair with my mind on you

Thinking about the wonderful things you do

One thing I'm thinking about more than anything

Is that night you accepted my engagement ring.

In that special moment I felt ten feet tall

Even felt like imitating Tarzan's famous call

The things love does to you is hard to explain

It's a burning inside like an undying flame.

With you loving me impossible goals I can attain

Like wilting plants come to life when it rains

Darling I can't think of anything else I could say

Other than I can hardly wait until our wedding day.
