Those Long Ago

Days

Baling hay together

Was loving moments

For our Mom and Dad

While at the same time

Our playing together

In the hay

Was special moments

For us children too.

Those long ago days

Living on the farm are gone

But memories of them

Are vivid in each of our minds

And will remain there

The remainder of our lives.

Special memories of a time

When time seemed to stand still.
