The Smile Of Love

It would be so nice

If I could remember

Those little games

Mom and I played

Back when I

Was a little babe.

I just know

One game we played

Had to be

The little pigs

Going to the market.

I can picture

Her touching

My big toe while saying

This is the big pig

And he didn't cry

On the way home.

When she reached

My little toe

I bet she smiled

When she said

This is the

Little piggy

And he cried

All the way home.

I also can picture

The smile of love

I had on my face.

Thanks Mom for being there.
